About applying

Frequently asked questions about becoming a customer

Who can apply?

We serve businesses: repair shops and service workshops, parts retailers, car dealers, body shops, heavy vehicle workshops, and spare parts wholesalers and distributors. A valid Finnish business ID is required for the application.

What happens after I apply?

We check the company details and get in touch by email or phone, usually within a few working days. We agree on onboarding, user accounts and a demo if you wish.

Why is the business ID looked up automatically?

The company name and address are filled in from the open Finnish Business Information System so the application is quick to complete and the details are correct. You can edit the details before sending.

Does the application commit me to anything?

No. The application is a contact request that starts a conversation about your needs. An agreement is made separately once the service content and pricing have been reviewed.
